1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

This offer is open to new patients only who have not previously registered with or received treatment from Chapter One Dental Clinic.

2.⁠ ⁠Offer Details

The promotion entitles eligible patients to receive 50% off the standard fee for a new patient dental examination when signing up for the membership plan.

3.⁠ ⁠Offer Period

The promotion is valid from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025.

4.⁠ ⁠Availability

The offer is available to the first 100 new patients who book and attend their new patient exam within the promotional period. Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5.⁠ ⁠Booking and Redemption

• To claim the offer, patients must mention the promotion at the time of booking.

• The offer can only be redeemed once per adult patient.

• Appointments must be attended during the stated promotional period.

6.⁠ ⁠Non-Transferable

The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.

7.⁠ ⁠Right to Withdraw

Chapter One Dental Clinic reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
