At Chapter One Dental, we believe maintaining a healthy smile should feel effortless. Our Smile Membership Plans are designed to help you stay on top of your oral health with regular, high-quality care — all while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments.

We believe in transparent, preventative care that supports long-term oral health. That’s why we’ve created this simple comparison to show how Membership Plans A and B stack up against typical pay-as-you-go costs.

These plans are designed for patients with steady, regular oral health needs — the majority of our patients will fall into this group. Plans C and D are reserved for those who require more tailored care, and we’ll only recommend them if clinically appropriate.

Chapter One Dental Plans

  • PLAN A

    £25 PER MONTH

    This plan is aimed at aimed at regular attenders who have no gum disease issues and are generally quite stable.

    Includes: 

    ✦ Two routine examinations annually

    ✦ Two scale and polishes with the dentist

    ✦ 10% off treatment, should you ever need it (*excludes Invisalign and implants).

    ✦ Emergency consultations included

    ✦ Access to worldwide dental emergency assistance 

    ✦ All routine radiographs

    ✦ Locally provided out of hours emergency cover

  • PLAN B

    £30 PER MONTH

    Best for patients who like to have deeper cleaning procedures done more regularly.

    Includes:

    ✦ Two routine examinations annually

    ✦ Two annual cleaning sessions with guided biofilm therapy using EMS machine (two hygiene visits)

    ✦ 10% off treatment, should you ever need it (*excludes Invisalign and implants).

    ✦ Emergency consultations included

    ✦ Access to worldwide dental emergency assistance 

    ✦ All routine radiographs

    ✦ Locally provided out of hours emergency cover

    £35 PER MONTH

    This plan can be arranged in the clinic on the recommendation of your dentist.

    Includes:

    £5 PER MONTH

    Our family memberships are only available directly through the clinic. Call, email, or pop in to get started.

    Includes: 

    ✧ Two routine examinations annually

    ✧ Two scale and polishes with the dentist (if required)

    ✧ 10% off treatment, should they ever need it (*excludes Invisalign and implants).

    ✧ Emergency consultations included

    ✧ Access to worldwide dental emergency assistance 

    ✧ Locally provided out of hours emergency cover

    ✧ Fluoride application on each visit for over 3's

Membership means more than just routine appointments; it’s about prevention, early detection, and keeping your teeth healthy for life. With flexible monthly payments and exclusive member benefits, it’s never been easier or more affordable to prioritise your smile.

Membership FAQs

  • Members receive 10% off additional treatments. Invisalign and implants are the only treatments excluded from the discount.

  • Most patients with good oral health will be suited to Plan A or Plan B which you are able to join online.

    If you’re unsure, your dentist will recommend the most appropriate option based on your individual needs.

  • Payments are taken monthly by Direct Debit, arranged through our membership administrator, IndepenDent Care Plans UK Ltd.

  • Yes — we offer a cumulative discount when more than one person signs up from the same household on the same Direct Debit. You’ll receive 5% off for each additional member, up to a maximum of 15%.

  • Minimum commitment for membership plan is one year.

  • DEAS stands for Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme — it offers support for unexpected dental emergencies, giving you added peace of mind.
